This dish based on the traditional "Rooster with Cabbages", comes in the Vinha D'Alhos, to know a new dressing when prepared in a Cataplana. In this way giving it a refined taste but always preserving the original seasonings. The quality of the homemade rooster allied to the region's vegetables result in a unique dish.
